What file formats do you accept? ▼

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, submit a vector file (PDF, AI, or EPS) at actual print size with 0.25" bleed on all sides. If you only have a raster file, please ensure it is at least 150 DPI at full size.

How fast will I receive my banner? ▼

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Rush shipping delivers in 1-2 business days. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 11 AM CT. Production time is typically 2 hours once your artwork is approved.

Can I get a custom size not listed? ▼

What is the difference between vinyl and mesh banners? ▼

Vinyl banners are solid material ideal for most applications. Mesh banners have tiny perforations that allow wind to pass through, making them perfect for outdoor fences and windy locations. Mesh banners typically have about 30-50% wind passthrough.
